What type of paint did you use to make the diamonds?
I'm planning on cosplaying Miranda sometime, but I'm not sure how to do those things. I'm always worried about the paint cracking (that happened to a pair of boots I painted once)

I used acrylic paint mixed with a textile medium and a small amount of water, as per the instructions on the textile medium bottle. Mixing the paint with the medium and water will make it soak more into the fabric, no cracking at all! Then if you iron it, it will become permanent.
